During the call, Obey polled participants on whether or not dental care and vision care should be part of a basic health care plan.  They're responses were as follows:

• 61% of respondents favored including dental care and vision care as part of a basic health care plan;
• 39% felt dental care and vision care should be optional, add-on benefits.
